We are a united team of Champion Women in Cannabis and Hemp working collectively to build Canada’s Green Economy from the ground up.

Together, we rise.

Together, we grow.

CWIC Board of Directors

The Canadian Women in Cannabis (CWIC) Board of Directors serves as the governance and strategic backbone of our national non-profit organization.

United by purpose, we are driven by a singular commitment: to build a sustainable, equitable, and inclusive cannabis and hemp industry across Canada—one where women lead, innovate, and thrive.

The foundation of CWIC's efforts is the vision and leadership of our Founder and Board Chairwoman, Donna Johannson. Her commitment ensures our ongoing focus on empowering women across all levels of the cannabis ecosystem.

The Board is comprised of individual trailblazers from Canada's cannabis

and hemp industry who share an interest in realizing the full potential for national and local economic growth within these sectors.
